“Such a great job! The owner was a great communicator and the house looked great :)”

“I cannot recommend ProMaid more!! Christie, the owner, is an absolute gem of a person. We were moving out of our house and were extremely sad to be doing so. When I spoke to Christie on the phone, she was so real and genuine. She was not interested in just getting my business, she could hear the sadness in my voice, and checked on me as a human being first and foremost. In today’s world, that felt incredibly rare, and I never thought Id have an interaction like that with a total stranger over the phone. When Christie came to my house for the cleaning, she was extremely professional and got to work right away. We were still moving out some of the things from the lower level of the house, so she started on the top floor. She spent about 2 hours on the top floor, and by then the main floor was ready to be cleaned. Christie spent about another 2-3 hours on the ground floor before finishing up. She asked me to take a look at everything and make sure that I was happy with everything. I walked every inch of that house and I did not find so much as even 1 spec of dust in the whole house. In 3 years there, I never saw that house look so good - not even when we moved in! I cannot thank Christie and ProMaid enough for all of the hard work and for making our house shine. I highly recommend ProMaid and if I ever need cleaning in the Richmond area again, I know exactly where I’ll be going.”

“Kristie and her team do a fabulous job cleaning. I love that I have the assurance that things will be done as if I was doing it myself.”

“We loved the cleaning service provided! The cleaning was thorough and done so well. Definitely would recommend! 10/10”

“I am new to the area and found myself with a broken ankle after a fall, so I needed help with house cleaning. I spoke with Kristie and explained my circumstances, and she was incredibly kind and willing to work with me for a first-time cleaning. The cleaning service was excellent! I especially appreciated the thoughtful extra touches that made my home feel like I had just checked into a nice hotel. Highly recommend!”

“Miss Maria was amazing—she didn’t miss a single spot and left everything sparkling. Kristi made scheduling a breeze, and the prices were more than reasonable for such an outstanding job. Highly recommend ProMade for anyone who wants top‑notch cleaning and friendly service!”

“Easy to schedule!”

“So impressed with Promaid Cleaning Scheduled to clean my parents house as they transitioned to assisted living. Punctual, professional and left the house spotless. Highly recommend”

“Super impressed by this company. The cleaner came right on time and cleaned our kitchen and bathroom and left all the surfaces super shiny and got the crevices that I typically miss when cleaning things myself. Cobwebs that I couldn't reach were also gone. She was so friendly and worked efficiently while I worked from home upstairs. She also cleaned a few things left on the counter that she didn't have to (see pics). I'll definitely be hiring again!”

“This was one of the best cleaning experiences I’ve had. The team arrived right on time, worked efficiently, and paid close attention to detail. They left everything spotless—from floors to countertops to those little areas that are easy to miss. I also appreciated how respectful and professional they were throughout the entire process. Highly recommend to anyone looking for reliable, high-quality cleaning services.”

“Super easy to work with and they do a great job every time!”

“Kristie is wonderful to work with. She is thorough, thoughtful, very professional, and kind. Her team did a beautiful job with cleaning and turning over my quirky guest space. I appreciate their high attention to detail and careful treatment, and feel lucky to have found such a great team. Trusting them has given me the freedom to keep things running while I myself am traveling, time to focus on growing the other aspects of my business, and most importantly - great peace of mind.”
